Deposits are non-refundable
Artists spend time during unsociable hours designing your tattoo for your sitting. The deposit protects their time and effort in preparing for your appointment, ensures there is not a loss of earnings and confirms and secures your appointment. If you choose to cancel or change your appointment time we need minimum of 3 days notice to reschedule your booking. You will only be rescheduled once , if more than one time it would be an extra charge. Our schedule is very tight, so please be courteous to others who have appointments by showing up on time at your allocated time. Also please keep in mind that the nature of tattooing is such that it is impossible to accurately project how long each project will take, so please give yourself ample time to have your tattoo done.
Designs
Your design will be sent out the evening before your appointment.
Adults Only Policy
In the UK, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18. We work in conjunction with Greenwich Council and can challenge anyone if we think they are under 25, therefore please bring photo ID with you to your appointment.
Respect Policy
Please respect out artists, both female and male, professionally and personally. We work long and hard to produce the beautiful body art that you desire. Everyone wants to be treated fairly. Please attend your appointment on your own where possible, or bring a maximum of one person with you.
Alcohol & Drugs Policy
It is illegal to tattoo or pierce somebody under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. We will refuse service to people who are intoxicated and you will lose your deposit due to loss of earnings.
No Food Policy
Our Parlour is of a high clinical standard and in compliance with Environmental Health, food is banned from the working area to ensure good hygiene.
Pregnancy
As your immune system is compromised when pregnant, we will not tattoo anybody during those 9 months or while breastfeeding; to cover ourselves legally we prefer not to do it.
Our artists self-employed
You will build up a rapport with your Artist; each Artist is self-employed and therefore their processes may differ, including price structure.
Signed consent required
While your agreement is with your artist, you also have one with the shop. You cannot get work done at Cristian Art Stefan Tattoo Studio without signing a consent form and medical questionnaire. Please complete the consent form in its entirety before your tattoo starts.
We reserve the right to refuse to tattoo the public
We reserve the right to refuse to tattoo somebody if an Artist feels compromised or the design is offensive. Generally we are open-minded, good natured and appreciate honesty.
Personal Conduct
We appreciate that you need comfort breaks but please let us know when you feel the need to move so you can take a break.
No children under 18
Due to the nature of the services we provide, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the shop; this is Greenwich Council’s policy.
Be on time or communicate
Please notify your Artist or the studio if you are unable to attend or are running late to your appointment. Failing to do so may result in you losing your deposit – if you make no effort to notify either your artist or the studio that you are unable to attend, you will lose your deposit (except under extreme circumstances).

Payment
• Consultations are free and allow both the Artist and customer to discuss and plan their tattoos.
• Deposits secure your appointment, which are deducted from your balance.
• Please ensure you have the funds to pay the balance for your tattoo before going through with your appointment.
• Prices are agreed BEFORE the tattoo session and are non-negotiable on the day, unless there is an agreed change to the design.
• It is unacceptable to refuse payment of your balance, any refusal to do so can result in the Police being involved.
